"Delivery was kind of all over the place?!"
My order did show up in the end, but it arrived later than the date they originally gave me. The tracking barely updated too, which was frustrating?! Thankfully, the items themselves were totally fine, so I’d say the whole experience was just okay.

Grabbed two tops and a dress from shop-sofia.com. I’m usually a medium, and medium worked fine here too. One top ran a little snug, but still wearable. Happy overall—just wish the size details were a bit clearer on each item.

I bought something from them and the overall experience was fine, but I did have to spend a little extra time figuring out the return policy. It wasn’t like it was impossible to understand or anything, but the way the information was laid out made me second-guess a few things, like the timing and what steps I actually needed to follow. I eventually got the idea, but I feel like it could be explained a bit more clearly so people don’t have to reread it a few times.

"Shipping was actually super quick"
I ordered from shop-sofia.com i was kind of surprised by how fast everything showed up. I got the tracking quickly, which always makes me feel better, and the package even arrived earlier than I expected. Maybe I’m just used to waiting forever for online orders, but this felt really smooth. No issues, no confusing updates, just an easy delivery. I’d definitely order again...

"Fabric feels really nice"
I ordered from shop-sofia.com and... the fabric feels way softer than I expected. It’s light on the skin, but it doesn’t feel cheap or thin. I wore it all day and it didn’t itch or feel stiff at all. Happy with it and I’d probably buy again.

I had to send one item back, it was really simple. The return label came through quickly, and my refund showed up a few days later with no hassle. This is how companies should handle returns, fair, straightforward, and not like they’re trying to make it harder than it needs to be.

I ordered from Sofia once, it was fine. Nothing really stood out in a big way, but nothing went wrong either. The website looked decent, though I did spend a bit of time clicking around because I didn’t feel totally confident at first.
The delivery was normal, and the item arrived in good condition. I might order from them again, but I’d still go into it with a bit of caution. It just didn’t give me that fully relaxed, “yes, I trust this place” feeling yet

"Prettyyy close to the photos"
I ordered from Sofia the item looked almost exactly like the pictures. The color was a liiiittle different in person, probably just because of the lighting, but the style and details were definitely accurate. Overall I’m happy with it, I just wish the shade had been shown a bit more clearly.

"Wish I hadn’t worried about the tracking"
I ordered from shop-sofia.com last week i was a little nervous about the tracking at first. Looking back, I probably stressed over it more than I needed to. It was mostly accurate, only updated a bit late one time, but the delivery date ended up being right and I could still see where my package was. Not perfect, but it worked fine for me.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and thought exchanging it was going to be a whole hassle, but it ended up being really simple. The instructions were clear and the replacement showed up quickly. "Kind of wish I’d looked a little closer"
It did look close to the photos, so I’ll give it that, but the fabric wasn’t quite what I thought I was getting from the description. It’s not awful or anything, but I definitely had that moment after opening it where I wondered if I should’ve just skipped it. I expected it to feel a bit more like what was described.
